Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
To cancel, log into your account, go to "Subscription Management," and select "Cancel Subscription."
How do the billing periods work?
For monthly subscriptions, you'll be billed every month on the same date you initially subscribed. For annual subscriptions, you'll be billed once per year.
All subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal for annual subscriptions.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period to allow you to enjoy the benefits you've already paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For annual subscriptions, we also accept ACH bank transfers.
