How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  1. Click "Sign In" at the top of the page
  2. Select "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Why am I being asked to log in repeatedly?

If you're being asked to log in frequently, it could be due to:

  • Your browser is set to clear cookies when closed
  • You're using private/incognito browsing mode
  • You've reached your device limit for your subscription
  • You're accessing from a new location or device

To stay logged in longer, make sure cookies are enabled in your browser and check the "Remember me" option when signing in.

How do I download the mobile app?

Our mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices:

For iPhone/iPad:

  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Search for "The Daily Buggle"
  3. Tap "Get" or "Download"

For Android devices:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Search for "The Daily Buggle"
  3. Tap "Install"

Once installed, open the app and sign in with your existing Daily Buggle account.

Can I share my subscription with family members?

Yes, Premium subscribers can share their subscription with family members through our Family Sharing feature:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to "Account Settings"
  3. Select "Family Sharing"
  4. Enter the email addresses for up to 4 family members

Each family member will receive an email invitation to create their own account linked to your subscription. All family members must share the same primary residence.

How do I submit a correction to an article?

We strive for accuracy in all our reporting and appreciate reader feedback. To submit a correction:

  1. Find the "Report an error" link at the bottom of the article
  2. Fill out the correction request form with specific details
  3. Include your contact information if you'd like to be notified of the resolution

Alternatively, you can email corrections@dailychronicle.com with the article URL and details about the error.
